Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation email/message/call with the order details.
If your order has been placed cash on delivery. You get call or message for confirmation!
All orders are processed within 3-4 days in Dhaka and within 5-6 days outside Dhaka .
In case of any issues with your order we will notify you via email or phone.
You might receive a call or message to verify your order by checking your order history with legal number.
Make sure to check the product in front of the delivery person before accept your Cap.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the provided link.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In case of a missed delivery, you will need to contact the courier service directly to arrange a re-delivery or pickup.
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to us within a days. We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a day of receiving the package. We may request photos or additional information to process a replacement or refund.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or replacement.
